Health Sector Achievements:

Ayushman Bharat Initiative: Creation of 30.3 crore Ayushman Bharat cards and facilitation of 6.2 crore hospital admissions.

Primary Healthcare: Upgrade of over 1.6 lakh primary healthcare facilities to Ayushman Arogya Mandirs.

E-Sanjeevani OPD Services: Usage by more than 17.4 crore patients in Ayushman Arogya Mandirs.

Affordable Medication: Establishment of 10,000 Jan Aushadhi Kendras offering medicines at reduced prices.

Tuberculosis (TB) Reduction: A 16% decrease in TB incidence and an 18% reduction in mortality from 2015 to 2022.

Maternal Health: One crore beneficiaries of Janani Suraksha Yojana in FY22.

Educational Sector Reforms:

National Education Policy (NEP): Introduction of NEP in 2020 for structural education reform.

National Curriculum Framework: Launch of the foundational stage framework and subsequent release of teaching materials and textbooks.

PARAKH Initiative: Implementation of a comprehensive student assessment framework.

Digital Literacy and Skill Development:

Digital Learning: Expansion through Swayam Prabha channels and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), with over 200 channels producing content in 31 languages.

Vocational and ICT Education: Strengthening of 97,364 schools and integration of ICT and digital initiatives in 1.2 lakh schools.

Skill India Digital Platform: Launched to unify various skill initiatives.

Craftsmen and Entrepreneurship Training: Including the PM Vishwakarma scheme and training for 2 lakh beneficiaries.

Entrepreneurship and Basic Amenities:

MUDRA and PM SVANidhi Schemes: Facilitation of micro-loans, with a focus on women entrepreneurs and street vendors.

Housing and Sanitation: Under PM Awas Yojana, construction of houses for the poor and toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission-Grameen.

Social Security Schemes: Including PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, PM Suraksha Bima Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, and PM Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana.

India’s commitment to enhancing its social infrastructure is evident through its extensive initiatives in the health and education sectors, as well as its efforts in promoting digital literacy, skill development, entrepreneurship, and basic amenities for its citizens.
