What Is Happening This Weekend?

• The Bradford Pothole Club is offering the public a chance to be winched down into the cave system from May 25 to 31.

• This event allows non-cavers to experience the cavern’s depths.

How Can You Participate?

• Pre-booking is not available; participants must arrive early to book on the day.

• The service starts at 08:00 BST, and there is an entrance fee payable in cash.

Additional Information:

• The Bradford Pothole Club has been organizing this “winch meet” for over 60 years.

• A similar event is held by the Craven Pothole Club in August.

• Outside these events, the cave system is only accessible to experienced cavers.
