Membership Term Not to exceed one year.
Separate Committees Yes, for the Ministry of Labour and Welfare, and two for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Ministerial Membership Barred. A member who becomes a Minister ceases to be a committee member from the date of appointment.
