  • Answers to questions no. 1 to 5 should be in 150 words (10 Marks), whereas answers to Questions No. 6 to 10 should be in 250 Words (15 Marks).

Q10. The Citizenship Act 1955, is the exhaustive law relating to citizenship in India. In this context, enumerate the various provisions dealing with the acquisition and loss of citizenship in India after the commencement of the Constitution.
